I have been employed by Norly & Friends as study assistant and concept developer since April 2018. In the autumn semester of 2018, I held my study internship in the company where I had the main task of developing a new concept to replace the current CD.
Through my work at Norly & Friends I have had primary responsibility for customer relations and customer service, made user surveys, user journeys and user testing, working on concept development and product development and has had contact with stakeholders. Furthermore I have made content for SoMe and worked with the webpage.
According to confidentiality I unfortunately cannot show much of what I have done at Norly & friends at this time.
